Walmart claims to have the lowest prices around, and will match prices at the time of purchase. They recently started a new web site that will pay you back after your purchase in certain select markets.
Currently the system only works in a few metro areas right now: Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Huntsville, Lexington, Minneapolis and San Diego. If you live in one of those areas, you go to the web site and put in information from your receipt within seven days. If there's a lower price from a competitor on most grocery items, WalMart pays you the difference in a gift card.
If you already shop at Walmart, check out the site and keep checking to see if they add your area.
