If you need to check how much memory your Chromebook has, you could head to chrome://system in Chrome, but the data is a little impenetrable. Install System from the Chrome Web Store and system specs are just a couple of clicks away.
At a glance you can check details like which CPU your Chromebook has, how much memory you have, as well as useful information about your network adaptor. The details are not exhaustive, but System has all of the essentials covered.
You can also use the app on a Mac or PC that has Chrome, but it really comes into its own on a Chromebook as Chrome OS's built in option are rather intimidating for the uninitiated. If you're on a PC, you'll get more information with something like Speccy anyway.
