Making your workspace ergonomic and comfortable can be tricky. To make sure your standing desk or office chair is the right height for you, put a piece of tape or align an image at the center of the top two-thirds of your primary display. Then adjust your desk or chair so your eyes match perfectly.
It's a pretty simple trick, and while we've mentioned before that aligning your chair with your kneecaps is another good method, this trick works if you have a standing desk too. If you don't like the idea of putting a sticker or a little piece of tape on the surface of your monitor at the right place, just turn the monitor on and arrange a small window or icon right in the center of the top two-thirds.
Once it's in place, all you have to do is adjust the height of your desk or chair so your eyes are perpendicular to the sticker or icon. Ideally, that's where your eyes should rest if your workspace is ergonomically optimized.
