Restaurants will sometimes put your takeout in a pretty nice plastic container. Megan McCuller from weblog Recylart shows you how to reuse those containers for growing plants.
McCuller tested takeout containers with a clear plastic top on and with it off. As expected, the tomato plants in the one with the plastic top sprouted faster.
