You may be hurting your retirement goals by not considering all the factors when choosing a 401k. If you base your decision only on performance your return on investment may suffer.
According to the Center for American Progress, even a small difference in fees can lead to a huge impact at retirement. A high fee investment (1.3% of assets) could delay retirement four or more years when compared to a low fee plan (0.25% of assets). Those tiny percentages add up over time.
